Egyptian constitutional referendum goes into second day

CAIRO — Egyptians headed to the polls Wednesday for a second day of voting in a referendum on a new army-backed constitution, despite deadly violence on the first day of polling Tuesday, in which 11 people were killed and a Cairo-area courthouse was damaged in an early-morning bomb attack.
