Experts Say North Korea May Be Producing Fuel for Nuclear Reactor
The U.S.-Korea Institute, citing analysis of satellite images, said Tuesday that a building in Yongbyon, north of Pyongyang, retooled to produce fresh fuel rods appeared to be operational.
