U.N. human rights chief condemns South Sudan killings, says mass grave found
The United Nations’ top human rights official Tuesday condemned widespread killings in strife-torn South Sudan and said at least one mass grave has been discovered, raising fears for the safety of hundreds of people who have been detained in an increasingly brutal ethnic conflict.
