Afghan President Hamid Karzai says he’ll delay signing of U.S. accord on troops
KABUL — President Hamid Karzai told a national assembly Thursday that he supports a newly forged agreement to allow U.S. troops to remain in Afghanistan beyond 2014, but then he raised new uncertainties by saying he won’t sign the deal until next spring.
